Position: Java Developer
Location: Tampa, FL (onsite 5 days a week)
Duration: Contract to start
We are looking for a passionate Java Developer experienced in REST API design, SQL, and Kafka, with familiarity in tools like Neo4J, Docker, and Kubernetes. This full-time, on-site role will involve building scalable backend services, supporting existing systems, and developing new, innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain RESTful services, database connections, and data integrations.
- Design and execute efficient SQL queries; ensure data integrity across systems.
- Integrate Kafka for real-time messaging and data streaming.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to ensure seamless functionality.
- Contribute to machine learning and AI projects as part of backend infrastructure.
Technical Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Java Enterprise, REST API design, SQL, and Kafka.
- Experience with Neo4J, Docker, and Kubernetes is highly desirable.
- Comfortable working in Linux environments, including version control, SSH, and containerization tools.
- Familiarity with APIs, ETL processes, and data integration methods.
